Safety Procedures in my major

First, i´m studying computer engineering so the safety procedures in this work area would be:

*You must have a secret code to save personal or confidencial information.

*Do not download any doc. of a strange e-mail account.

*You must always have an updated antivirus.

*You have to have an emergency alarm in case of fire.

*You should have cameras in your office.

Horror Story (pig story)

It was a cold Halloween in a little town, Tulio and his family were visiting his family there. They ate dinner and it started to rain, it was like 10:00 pm and Tulio went to the yard, he saw the face of a red eyed pig in the neighbor´s house.
He was too fraightened but he was with his favourite friend, his teddy bear, so he embraced it and calmed down. He entered the house with his parents and grandparents; everybody went to sleep and 2 hours after that, there was a loud noise in Tulio´s grandparents room, so he and his parents went there to see and when they opened the door, there was a big winged red eyed pig standing up eating his grandfather´s head, the dead body of his grandma was already without head; when they saw the pig´s eyes they were inmediatly paralyzed. While they were paralyzed the teddy bear went to that room, ¡he was alive!, but he was friend of the pig,before he(the pig) will kill them , he told them that he murdered humans eating their heads because 50 years ago a peasant cut off his son´s head in front of his eyes, then the peasant killed him. After telling his history he decided to kill Tulio first. He was crying and the teddy bear tried to stop the pig but he ......... just killed him too.

FastNotes email system Yes i have, i used that system to send messages
and to archivate some notes.

FileShare database I really don´t know what is it, but if it´s what i think it is i use it to share my information like in programs like dropbox.

Excel Yes i have used it, to create graphs, to have a perfect order of some costs or any numbers.

Word Yes i have used this, i operate it perfectly.

Powerpoint Yes i use it as well, but i prefer other kind of programme to do presentations.

The lenght of the house is 12 meters.
It´s 4 meters wide, the height of the house is 6 meters;
The thickness of the ceiling is 20 cm,
The window in the right side of the house is 50 cm high and 50 cm long.
The windows in the front of the house are 60 cm high and 50 cm long.
The door is 2 meters high, 40 , 1 meter long and its thickness is 15 cm.

CV

Iván graduated from MAnchester University on 1996, he studied Business there, he began his career on 1993. He decided to do his masters in the Leeds university on 1996. One year later he did his graduate trainee in the NOstrum LTD from 1997 to 1999. In those years he learned so much, so he joined the ALT International in 1999, being Marketing assistant because of his efforts he was promoted on 2001 to marketing manager, after 3 years in this company he left it on 2004 and now he is working in the PEnta productions.

Please find below a report on progress here at the new monterrey's branch.

Well first i want to tell you that we made a good progress with the new accounts department,

This shop will be inaugurated on the next monday if we're done with all the schedule, i have hired 4 accountants and three guys to attend people, tomorrow im going to interview two men for the assistant job. I hope to be done with the recruitment schedule in two days,by the way we are four days ahead of installation schedule. We need a computer engineer as soon as possible , i have written to Paulo , an old friend in university, maybe he could take the Job, and Well...in general, i think thingsmare going well. We can open this on schedule, maybe before... Jeje i will send you another progress report nexo week.
